    The importance of Media Studies is the capability to share all things media to everyone! Whether it is pictures, drawings, texts, or animatics, these can all be shared either digitally or physically. My personal favorite type of media would be anything related towards art. The reason being that as an artist myself I love seeing and recognizing the time people take to put into their pieces whether its to share something or to express themselves. The most common forms of media currently is digital media such as Instagram, Youtube, or Twitter. The neat part about digital media is that you can access it with any digital device such as phones, laptops, computers, and Ipads! This is called technological convergence as we can view all sorts of media with these devices. The world of media is a creative and joyful one

Furthermore,

    The understanding of why Media is used is very important. Understanding media can help us see a whole new world such as a movie advertisement that may catch your eyes, or you may see a beautiful work of art in public. These can send messages meant towards the audience that is important in understanding. Media Studies in particular is interesting due towards the topic at hand: the study of media is important especially in the age of the internet! I hope to become a media producer myself in which I can share art towards those who seek it. However, creating media will always need a starting ground, which is why I'm here. While on this journey of media, I will include blogs with messages, meaning, tone, and will make sure to review and edit it to make it the best.
